"Stone Wall" after Battle of Chancellorsville

This view of Fredericksburg’s “Stone Wall” was taken after the Confederates abandoned the position
during the Battle of Chancellorsville in the spring of 1863.
There was no need for General Cobb to abandon it in December of ’62.
